Board of Directors
Adewale Olawoyin SAN is the Chairman Board of Directors of Page Financials. He is the managing partner of Olawoyin and Olawoyin, Legal Practitioners & Consultants. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1987 from the then University of Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 1988. He went on to obtain a Master of Laws degree with merit from the London school of Economics & Political Science (University of London) in 1990.
Segun Akintemi is currently the CEO of Page Financials. He has over 30 years experience in the banking/Financial services industry of which 15 were spent in Senior Management and Executive positions.
Kolawole Olawumi is a Non-Executive Director of Page Financials, he is a private entrepreneur, a reputable technology and business professional with a track record in Management and an exceptional ability to decipher complex issues, effect precise strategies and successful execution.
Deremi Ogunsipe is currently an Executive Director of Page Financials from inception in 2013, he holds a B.Sc. in Accounting, Master’s in Business Administration from INSEAD, France and an Alumnus of IMD in Switzerland. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.
He is involved in strategic as well as operational Financial planning & monitoring.
Mr. Obinnia Abajue is the Chief Executive Officer of Hygeia HMO. He has about 20 years of experience in banking and financial services. Prior to joining Hygeia HMO, Mr. Abajue was based in South Africa and was in charge of Business Transformation for Standard Bank’s Personal and Business Banking business in Africa. He served as Executive Director and Head of Personal and Business Banking at Stanbic IBTC Bank until December 2015.
Throughout her career in medicine and research, Umma Yaradua’s greatest aspiration has been to combine her unique skills as a gynecologist and obstetrician with her interest in public policy. She employs her extensive clinical training and experience in women’s health as to identify areas of gender inequality and to manage health risks particular to women, including maternal mortality.
Olayinka Odusote is a seasoned financial services executive with over 25 years of experience across multiple strategic areas of the banking and payments ecosystem. Her expertise spans digital payments and services, strategic partnerships, retail banking products and promotions, customer experience, commercial and private banking, and investment banking.
